Due to the weather forecast and winter storm warnings, LeftClick will be closed Friday, 2/25/22. We will reopen on February 28th at 10am, returning to our normal hours of operation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be aware that LeftClick will not call you to ask for unexpected payments. Scammers are increasingly common these days, including a particularly popular scam where you will receive a message claiming that you have already been charged for something you never purchased. Be wary and only call numbers that you have verified.

In a previous announcement, customers were made aware of the phone issues LeftClick was experiencing. These issues have been resolved, and customers should have no problem calling or leaving a voicemail at LeftClick.


PSA 9/20/2021

The following changes are now in place: masks are required, but appointments are not needed as walk-ins are allowed, and we do accept cash as well as card payments. Our normal operating hours are from 10am-6pm. We are open today!

Important Announcement:

The phone company that LeftClick uses is currently facing cyber security attacks. As they are in the process of resolving this issue, calls to LeftClick are not going through as they normally would. We are open today and walk-ins are welcome (please bring a mask). Customers may still call, but please understand we may not be able to answer your call.


COVID-19 UPDATE 6/11/2021: WE ARE OPEN!

Starting today, we will open back up to walk-in customers as well as continuing to schedule repairs, pickups, and drops over the phone. Our normal operating hours are from 10am-6pm Monday through Friday.

Our procedure for dropping off new repairs is as follows:

  1. Repairs are to be dropped off via appointment or walk-in. A ticket for your computer will be created by yourself through our website or by us either over the phone or in person. Once the ticket has been created, you can pay the diagnostic over the phone or in person and drop off your device.

  2. Once the machine is dropped off, we'll then disinfect the computer thoroughly, let dry for an extended period and then move on to the repair.

  3. Diagnostic payments and finished repair payments will be paid by cash or card. We can receive payment over the phone, by online payment of an emailed invoice, or with cash in person. We can also accept payments via PayPal.

  4. We are now doing residential on-sites.

All essential business repairs and/or on-sites will still be taking priority, but we are so grateful to be able to open up to the community at large again!


COVID-19 UPDATE 5/14/2020: WE ARE OPEN!

Starting later today, we will open back up and start making phone calls regarding repair needs and start scheduling pickups and drops to begin this Friday, May 15th, at 12pm. We will then be back at normal operating hours (10am-6pm) starting on Monday, May 18th.

Our procedure for dropping off new repairs is as follows:

  1. Repairs are to be dropped off via appointment only. The appointment will be in the form of a ticket for your computer. This can be created by yourself through our website or by us over the phone. Once the ticket has been created, you can pay the diagnostic over the phone and we will create an appointment window for when you can drop off the machine, at your convenience.

  2. Once the machine is dropped off, we'll then disinfect the computer thoroughly, let dry for an extended period and then move on to the repair.

  3. Diagnostic payments and finished repair payments will be cashless. We can receive payment over the phone, or by online payment of an emailed invoice. We can also accept payments via PayPal.

  4. Residential on-sites are to be remote only, or not at all. We have to maintain both our health and yours, which is why at this time we are still not performing residential on-sites.

All essential business repairs and/or on-sites will obviously still be taking priority, but we are so very glad to be able to help the community at large again! We hope everyone has been staying safe and we hope to see you all again (at a social distance!) starting tomorrow!


COVID-19 UPDATE 3/24/2020: CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Here at LeftClick, the safety and wellbeing of the community at large is our number one priority, and that includes our customers, our employees and our friends and family.

Due to recent mandates declared by the State of Massachusetts, along with local and state-wide restrictions, we are shutting down operations to ensure both the safety of our employees as well as the safety of our customers. This is effective as of March 24th, 2020 and will last for a currently undetermined period of time. We will post updates to our website, Facebook page, and Twitter as new information emerges.

We love servicing this whole community and we are more than grateful for the opportunity to have provided you support during these trying times and look forward to resuming after a short distance. If anything laid out in this letter is unclear, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions as soon as possible.

We will still be checking our support email (support@left-click.us) and our voicemails as we wait this out, so if you are an essential business / employee of an essential business, we will do what we can to help you, as we understand the importance of having working computers and the internet during this trying time.
