left-click Brings on Two More Talented Techs to its Amherst Service Center!

I'd like to welcome two new people to the left-click staff!

Dan Kent comes to left-click with both great customer service skills and technical troubleshooting ability. Left-click customers will be seeing a lot of Dan as he keeps track of all jobs and tasks coming through the Amherst Shop, making sure nothing slips through or is missed, and keeping customers informed of the state of their repair. He also runs most of the Training Sessions at left-click and has been picking up his share of Onsite Service calls quite nicely.

Mac Support: Wireless Networking

Many people use their Macs for emailing and web surfing more than anything else. It’s easy to connect a Mac to the Internet. Just plug in to a cable or DSL modem and start it up. We like to go this one better by adding one of Apple’s wireless routers to the mix. There are three models: AirPort Express, AirPort Extreme, and Time Capsule. RideBUZZ Music Fest!

I represented left-click last Saturday at the RideBUZZ music fest in Amherst, MA recently. It was pretty good! I hope they keep doing stuff like this. This was their first one, (that I know of), and it went really well. I brought some High Energy Geek mints, candies, drinks, and toys.  I also brought the collection of nerd shirts too (which need to get re-added to our online store... ) and some bags. The response was really good.
